It's a pancheros, but they wrap stuffed burritos SO well. Always overpacked but never bursts. Recommend the queso in your burritos. -- Tried the Birria quesadilla. Pretty good, comes with 4 pieces. Sort of smells like taco bell. Consomme had layer of oil on top. Think it's better if you pour that off.

I lived in California for half my life and never had a good burrito on the East Coast until this Pancheros. The carnitas is seriously perfect and the soft steamed tortilla is also perfect. Everything is perfect, no notes!

Sooo, never been to a Pancheros before and I thought I'd give them a try. I've gotten take out from Chipotle before and used that as my comparison. Very similar products offered, taste and value.

Edit: You have got to start training the new employees on mixing properly. I can't stand having all the meat at one end then nothing but rice at the other. The mix is the key to your brand. Original Post: This is my favorite restaurant in the area and I recommend it to anyone looking for a good meal. I go there 2-3 times a week. That said I have a couple of recommendations based on things that happen on occasion. First the mix is important, people don't want a burrito with all the guacamole on one end and nothing but rice on the other. Second the vegetables, they need to be fried completely and diced smaller, large chunks of raw onion can ruin a good burrito. Like I said these issues don't happen all the time but they do happen sometimes. Still a great place for a good lunch/dinner.

I stopped in today for an early lunch and was able to beat the rush. The location itself was very clean. The two employees working there were both very quick and friendly. I ordered a steak and chicken bowl with a handful of toppings. It was a nice light lunch and I can’t wait to stop in again.
